1. How much is the security deposit? |

Your security deposit will be equal to one months rent for whatever style home you choose up to $ 2,500.00. |
2. Do you allow pets? |
|
Yes, we allow dogs up to 55lbs (Full grown) and cats. All dogs must be at least 1 year old. The pet deposit is $500 per dog and $300 per cat. There are breeds of dogs that we do not allow, speak with the Property manager for details. We allow 1 dog per townhome and 1 cat or 2 cats per townhome. This deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the unit or grounds. |
3. Are utilities paid? |

No, residents are responsible for their own utilities. |
4. Is there a fee for lawn care, snow removal and maintenance? |

No, those services are included in your monthly rent. |
5. Do you offer an automatic payment system? |
|
Yes, your monthly rent can be paid through ACH. Speak to the Property Manager for details. |
6.. What type of lease terms do you offer? |

The price you are quoted is for a 12 month lease. We do offer a 9 month lease with an additional 6% upcharge and a 6 month lease with an additional 10% upcharge. |
