At Candle Park Properties, our mission is the same today as it was when we first opened our Townhome doors over 25 years ago. We provide the best alternative to single family living for all of our residents, in communities that are developed and built with the highest standards. Our residents can depend on our professional and courteous staff to meet every need because we believe that our residents come first. And we mean it!
Today, Candle Park Properties owns and manages 4 Townhome communities in South Fargo and 1 in West Fargo, North Dakota, with over 500 Townhomes and growing. It’s not luck that got Candle Park Properties where we are today. We’re the best because we believe in what we do and what it takes to get there.
Candle Park Properties has a full-time, on-site maintenance crew that is ready to respond to emergencies and maintenance request quickly and professionally.
